Towing Services In Chatham County Four Service Lines · One Number · Open 24 Hours

Everready Recovery and Towing runs four service lines out of one yard on Rogers Street. A sedan that will not start and a loaded trailer off a soft shoulder are different jobs needing different trucks, but they are the same phone call. Pick the one that matches your situation, or call and describe what the vehicle is doing and where it is sitting, and we will work out which truck to send.

What we run

Four service lines, one number

Affordable light-duty towing listed on the Everready Recovery and Towing services page Affordable Towing The everyday tow. Cars, pickups, vans and SUVs on a flatbed or a wheel lift, whether they roll or not. Tell us if the wheels turn and steer and most of the quote is already done. Call (912) 233-0149
Private property towing listed on the Everready Recovery and Towing services page Private Property Towing For property owners rather than drivers. Fire lanes, reserved spaces and vehicles abandoned at the back of a lot, handled one call at a time or on a standing account. Call (912) 233-0149
Heavy duty towing listed on the Everready Recovery and Towing services page Heavy-Duty Towing Semis, trailers, box trucks, buses and equipment, plus the recovery work that goes with them. Container moves and heavy hauling run out of the same yard. Call (912) 233-0149
Roadside assistance listed on the Everready Recovery and Towing services page Roadside Assistance The calls that never needed a tow. Jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery and lockouts, done where the vehicle is standing so you drive away rather than follow a truck. Call (912) 233-0149

Not everything gets its own page. These come through the same number and are quoted the same way — describe the vehicle and where it is sitting and we will tell you which truck it takes.

What it costs

There is no price list on this page on purpose. A tow is priced on distance, what you are driving and how hard the vehicle is to reach — and those three things vary far more in towing than in most trades. Publishing one number would mean overcharging half the people who read it.

What you get instead is the actual job quoted on the phone before anyone leaves the yard, along with an ETA. The quote is free and carries no obligation. If the job turns out to be different from what was described on the call — the vehicle is further into a ditch than it sounded, or the wheels will not turn after all — you hear the revised number before any work starts.

Questions

Picking the right truck

I do not know which service I need. Which one do I pick?

Pick none of them and call. Describe what the vehicle is, what it is doing and where it is sitting, and we work out which truck it takes. Nobody is expected to know the difference between a winch-out and a recovery before they are allowed to ring.

Do you tow motorcycles, electric vehicles and box trucks?

Yes to all three, and each one wants different handling. Motorcycles need proper strapping rather than a wheel lift, electric vehicles usually go on a flatbed because of the drivetrain, and box trucks sit between light and heavy duty depending on the weight. Mention what it is on the call so the right truck comes out first.

Can you reach a vehicle in a parking deck or a narrow historic-district street?

Usually, but the details decide it. Parking decks have height limits that rule out a full-size flatbed, and some downtown blocks are too tight to set up in. Tell us the deck level and any posted clearance, or the block and which way the street runs, and we will say before dispatching rather than after arriving.

What if the vehicle needs pulling out rather than towing away?

That is a winch-out, and it is priced on the setup rather than the distance. How far off the road it went, what it is sitting in, and whether there is room to work matter more than the vehicle itself. Describe those three and we can quote it before we leave.

Still not sure which one?

Describe the vehicle and where it is sitting. That is enough for us to work out the job, price it and give you a time. Check where we cover if you are unsure about the area.
